Yes, our natural human hair wigs and bundles can be styled, dyed, and heat treated just like your own hair. However, it's essential to use caution and follow proper guidelines to prevent damage. We recommend consulting our professional stylist for colouring or heat treatments.



What is the difference between a frontal and a closure? Which one should I choose?


A frontal covers a larger area from ear to ear and allows for versatile parting, including creating a natural-looking hairline. A closure is smaller and generally used to close a weave or wig. The choice depends on your desired style and the coverage you require.

Our wigs and hair bundles can last from several months to a year or more with proper care. The lifespan depends on factors such as maintenance, usage, and how well they are cared for. Regular washing, conditioning, and proper storage contribute to their longevity.



How do I properly care for and maintain my wig or hair extensions?

Can I swim or shower with the wigs or hair bundles installed?


While our wigs and hair bundles are made to withstand daily activities, it is generally not recommended to swim or shower while wearing them. Excessive exposure to water and chemicals may cause damage or loosen the installation. It's best to remove them before swimming or showering.



What is your return and exchange policy if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

We have a customer-friendly return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within a specified time frame (as stated in our policy). Shipping

After the mandatory 15-21 business days processing time window has passed, shipping is next day delivery for all UK residents and 2-3 business days for the rest of the world. Ready to ship wigs are shipped off the same business day if order is placed before 1pm.

Return Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
