Shipping & Returns Policy
1. PROCESSING.
Processing times occur during working days only. Processing (Monday-Friday.)
Processing takes approx. (3-9 working days. )
E.g :
orders placed on Friday will be processed on the follow business day (Monday).
International Shipping is 10-15 Business days depending on the destination of your order.
All Packages are delivered via FedEx, DHL & Royal Mail. Business days are Monday-Friday.
2. TRACKING&UPDATES
tracking numbers are receive via email.
Shipping Activity will be ready view within 24hrs of receiving Tracking.
Please ensure you have check the spam folder in your email if you are unable to locate it in your inbox.
If you have failed to received a tracking number after 2-3 days after your order is placed please contact customer service via text :

3. EXCHANGES :
Unfortunately due to hygiene and quality control reasons we do not accept exchanges.
4. RETURNS
Although rare , returns are accepted if they are made within 7 days of your purchase.
Products must be unopened , unused and in there original packaging to qualify for returns.
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Packaging must remain with all labels.
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom colour or dye your purchased hair outside of "LustreloxsHair", because we understand that everyone is not a colourist or a specialist at colouring hair extensions.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at +44 7598 100859, During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All LustreloxsHair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the “LustreloxsHair” hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the, “LustreloxsHair” security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 3-5 working days.
6. May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The LustreloxsHair hair seal must not be broken. The hair must not be unwrapped, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange. If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
Ship your Exchange/Refund it to:

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your returned item with tracked and signed delivery as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
We recommend that you UPS, Royal Mail or FedEx to send your return.
YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME.
WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES.
ENSURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD.
IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
PENDING TRANSACTION= PAYEMENT DECLINED.
